What a redemption story. Total 180 from my last visit here and what an impressive showing. Only mistake.. they still forgot the beans! Not sure what I have to do to get the that cauldron of beans. This started out great with our server Emilia being top notch. Extremely friendly and answered all of our questions and gave us all the great recommendations including the all important but rarely mentioned "what not to get" which by the way is 5$3 sirloin. We were really impressed with her and glad she was our server. The food here was excellent this time around, bacon wrapped shrimp was hot and crispy, bread was hot, and salad was fresh, cold, and crispy. Again, still not beans... what gives?! All the other tables got beans, just not us. Entrees were similarly delicious. Ribeye was perfectly medium rare and likewise for the prime rib that comes on a sizzling platter with a little show. Thankfully the platter is not crazy hot and it did not continue to cook the meat. Although the outside looks way overcooked due to that platter, it was thick enough to not make it an issue to cook the rest through. Carrot cake concluded the great meal and this will add to my rotation and high up my chain restaurant review list, though this is more of a regional chain.

Checked this place out for dinner. In Livermore for business. Trying to figure out why only 3.5 . My filet was cooked perfectly and our server Vanessa was !!!!!! Great personality and awesome service. Idk bout y'all, but this place is 4 plus.

The scenery is so cool walking into this restaurant because of their western theme, it is very on brand for the area that it is in whenever I visit family. The fact that this restaurant will give you a menu and opening this up to see that there is even the option to have an all gluten free menu is the biggest thing that stuck out to me! Whenever I come to the valley I'm always a little hurt by the lack of options that I have when it comes to my food options. But this place made sure that I was not left out of having plenty of delicious options that were not only salads (like I usually find!) I ordered the marinated chicken and sweet potato that were delicious and the service was so attentive throughout our time here. I was so grateful to Christina during our stay and would love to make this a regular spot moving forward when I come to visit. Thank you all for making this menu and having so many options available! This goes such a long way.

If you're looking for a good steakhouse that won't break the bank, Cattleman's is the spot. I had the crab and steak combo and it did not disappoint. The crab was just the right amount--not overwhelming, but enough that I was satisfied. The hot butter to dip it in was my jam. The steak was good, not great, but for the price, it was amazing lol. Definitely a solid choice for a satisfying meal without emptying your wallet
